Budget – We’ll help you create a realistic budget for your project, based on industry standards and average costs. (For more in depth projects or complete builds additional cost may occur)

DIY or Contractor – We’ll assist you in deciding whether to hire a general contractor or manage specific trades for your project. This includes creating a workflow chart to compare your time involvement versus the cost of hiring a general contractor to manage the project for you.
Project Management – We offer comprehensive project management services, from obtaining quotes to overseeing the entire project. Unlike a traditional general contractor, we collaborate with you to select the most suitable contractors and subcontractors based on your specific needs. We then manage the project on your behalf, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently. Our approach operates on a fixed-cost model, providing full budget transparency. Our services are focused on remodels, renovations, and outdoor living projects. (additional fixed cost based off of project)

Contracts – We provide comprehensive contract reviews and comparisons, including payment schedules, to help you avoid costly upcharges or unexpected changes throughout the project. Know exactly what you’re paying for before agreeing to anything.

Need a Contract? – We can handle that too! We’ll ensure that all the details you want, and need are included. Up to five (5) basic contracts included in basic fee (advanced contracts may have additional fees for service depending on project)

References – We check contractor references, online reviews, and BBB complaints (upon request, provided references are available).

Outdoor Living/Pools – Design, DIY projects, and DIY remodels for your outdoor space and pools. (additional cost depends on project)

Insurance – We verify general liability and workers' compensation insurance and continuously monitor this throughout your project. All documents are kept on file for easy access, should you need them. THIS IS OFTEN OVERLOOKED BUT VERY IMPORTANT

Financial Protection – Never pay for work that isn’t completed. We keep your funds secure with an approval process in place before any payments are released.

References – We check references and conduct thorough online research to gather insights from past customers’ experiences.

Discrepancies – While we hope they never happen; we understand that issues can arise in construction. Our goal is to resolve discrepancies through clear communication, acting as a neutral party. We start with a phone call, as many issues are simple misunderstandings that can be cleared up. If needed, we can arrange an onsite meeting with all parties to find a solution. As a last resort, we may bring in a neutral contractor to inspect the work and confirm it meets the contract’s scope. It’s important to note that personal preferences don’t always indicate a failure to meet the contract terms. We review all contracts thoroughly to address potential issues before they arise.
