While we aim to resolve issues directly between the parties, we understand that’s not always possible. Using our services, we bring in a neutral party, such as a specialist in the trade, to inspect the work. We review the contract details and allow them to assess whether the work meets the contract’s standards. For example, if a customer is unhappy with cabinet installation, we’ll bring in a trim carpenter to evaluate the work for proper construction and installation.
While we hope discrepancies never arise, we understand that construction projects sometimes encounter issues. Our goal is to resolve these through communication, acting as a neutral party. We start with a phone call, as many discrepancies stem from simple misunderstandings that can be cleared up. If needed, we can arrange an onsite meeting with all parties to find a solution. As a last resort, we may bring in a neutral contractor specializing in the specific trade to inspect the work and ensure it aligns with the contract's scope. We believe that just because a customer isn’t satisfied with an aspect of the work doesn’t mean it falls outside the contract. That’s why we review all contracts and quotes thoroughly to address potential issues before they become problems with the work itself.
